The German guitarist and producer Eddie Nuenning celebrates the 5th anniversary of his audiophile label "soundresort" in 2017 with 2 new productions.
"The Soundresort Recordings" is an EP of archive recordings from 2010 featuring the singer Filipina Henoch - winner of the German "Bundeswettbewerb singing" - on which she is accompanied on 5 tracks by Eddie on the guitar. The very personal interpretations of well-known titles - from John Denver's "Leaving on a Jetplane" to Bobby Hebb's "Sunny" - convey the essence of each piece through the individual, reduced arrangements and open a view into the soul of the pieces and the interpreters.
