The singer & songwriter Daniel Green from Schleswig-Holstein presents 2023 new music on his Hotel California album "Family", which will be released on April 7th, 2023. As on the previous albums (Orange and Vanish Like A Cloud In Sunlight), the family affairs set to music are located in the area of folk music / Americana. With polyphonic English-language pieces and varied song structures, Daniel Green entangles his listeners in his world, which seems strangely familiar to us - just like a family. The ten folk songs were created in cooperation with friend and companion Carl Albrecht from Hamburg. Already 20 years ago the two were on stage together on tours in Europe but also on the Vans Warped Tour in the USA and have been working together again since the beginning of the Corona Pandemic. The newly found friendship significantly inspired the process of creating the songs. Carl is responsible for drums, solos and production - Daniel composes, sings and plays all instruments.
