This CD is Sebastian Pachel's debut CD on his rare form of brass pan flute, specially made to his specifications. Pachel incorporates influences from jazz and pop into his classical interpretations in order to escape the constant reproduction of classical musical works. In order to get another step closer to his vision of "Modern Art Of Pan Flute", he experiments with electronic sound changes. He is increasingly focusing on timbre and sound and not just on virtuosity and flawless presentation of classical works, but despite all the tonal experiments, he always has one foot in the classical world.
