Under the title "Day/Night", the chamber choir Vokalconsort Osnabrück, conducted by Stephan Lutermann, presents works from the Renaissance to the modern age. Light and darkness are the central themes of the selected compositions by Palestrina, Brahms, Whitacre, Britten and others, which let the listener experience day and evening, waking and sleeping atmospherically dense. The Vokalconsort Osnabrück has repeatedly inspired concert audiences at home and abroad with its innovative concert formats and excellent choral sound. The chamber choir consists of 34 singers whose main discipline is a cappella singing. Several awards at international competitions speak for the high quality of the ensemble.
